Any Ideas?

i got a small tank here - plastic tank - 30x21x20 CM -

what can i put? ive got a small pump and a 25 watt heater,

what can go in this tank?

sponge filters only deal with keeping chemistry in check (ie ammonia/nitrItes). They do a great job at this but dont suck up any gunk. So manual removal with gravel vacs/substrate cleaning are a must when you waterchange.
I use sponge filters in all my betta tanks. They work wonderfully!

Thanks for the info - also would i be able to house some african dwarf frogs in there - with or without the betta?
