my buddy that I gift Tilapia to, is spring cleaning his ponds this week, and found this critter ( his picture ) I suspect a caddis fly larvae???

thoughts??? maybe a leach???

I've had leaches on me before, as well as used them as fishing bait... these are 2 ornamental yard ponds, but he has a view of the biggest lake in the county, and has a marsh from the lake shore on his property, so he gets a lot of wild in his ornamental ponds
