i have a couple anubias nanas growing on a piece of wood, but they have a TON of green spot algae on their leaves. how can i stop this, it has so much i cant believe it, my other plants also have some, but not as much as the anubias.

i have 2.7 wpg in a 46g. lights on for 11 hours

what can i do?

that way to much light for anubias.. you can remove them from the tank and grow them outside for a week or two till all the algae dies, the anubias will be fine but you just get some more algae when you put them back

Try to plant them in the shade of the other plant or in a darker corner. the leaves get upto three years old and that great for algae..
