In my 29 gallon I have 6 golden neon tetras and 3 other small (rasbora like) don't know the name but they are really small, a CAE an angelfish, a fem. betta and 5 corys. Today I got what I think is an albino bristlenose (will try to get a pic on here later for ID) anyway if it is an albino bristlenose could I saqfely put 2 in there?

I would get rid of the CAE, as they can be very aggressive when they get larger. It may also fight a good deal with the plecos for territiory. Your tank is pretty close to being fully stocked as it is. You could try two BN plecos, but be sure to keep on top of the water changes and pleco produce a fair amount of waste.

You can have to BN. Make sure it's a female and a male.

your tank is to small for an angel and will need rehoming when bigger as it gets up to 6-8"

I would have to respectfully disagree with that about the angels Josh. If its a 29g tall configuration then its got 17 or 18 inches of height and a lot of folks have one or even two centerpiece angels (but not more than 2) in this type of community tank. Its not as ideal as a much bigger tank but I've never thought it such a bad thing.
