Was just playing with an external flash and here's the result:

I'm blogging everything about what's happening in my tank on my aquarium blog

Very nice. Is it breeding or after a mate as it has its ovipositor out. Lol.

It's not breeding... but there is a story :)
About a week ago I went to a local aqua shop to buy a magnet glass cleaner and to see if they have any little angelfish so i could buy 5-6 of them and then after finding a breeding pair taking the rest back. Unfortunately there were only 4 of them and a little bit too big for my plan. But i noticed, that two of them have laid eggs on the glas and were protecting that corner from the other two, so i asked if i could buy that pair. Now just waiting until they'll lay eggs again. Should be soon. Bought a little 20L tank for that case today :)

For the last week my focus was on the pair of breeding Kribensis, but now they are happily swimming around it's time for angels :) I'll keep posting and taking pictures!

I would say the one in the picture is the female.

Good look with the breeding programme!

FOTM nomination there, gorgeous fish.

Great picture, how'd you get it so clear?

Hi Amy,

Since my good camera was stolen from my house this spring I was using my very very old Canon. The trick here is an external flash on the tripod above the tank. Because exposure was metered to that bright area on the Echinodorus leaf picture has this mysterious dark feeling.

By the way, aqua was slightly rebuilt, I got rid of some fish since and I've got angelfish fry in my little tank now! Will post an update soon.
Here's how it looked just a few hours after moving bogwood and some plants around:

(yes, it's the same Angel there :) )
