I'd perform about a 75% water change with good technique to get a start on lowering that 0.30ppm nitrite(NO2) level. You also need to provide the members with an ammonia test result and both that one and the nitrite one need to be from a good liquid-reagent based test kit, so you may need to let us know your test kit.

It may need to be determined whether you are in a Fish-In Cycing Situation and the members may need to discuss your gravel-cleaning-water-change habits. The substrate needs to be well cleaned and the return tap water needs to be dosed with conditioner at about 1.5x and roughly temperature matched using your hand.

hi..i think my angelfish getting worse, its started to twitch alot like its having a spasm..dorsal fin clamped most of the time..although its feeding a little but not as much..tested all water stats today at my mates, ammonia the lot, everything clear..water temperature at 30c,only from last night to see if it would speed up the cycle of ich..should i maybe pick up a course of med for ich 2morr and try that?anymore advice would be great mate..its really doing my nut in,because i hate seeing them sick.my test kit is'tetra test laborett'has ph,no2,kh,gh,co2..does not have amo, nitrate tested them at my mates today..

Have you continued to perform the large water changes? You may need them daily or even twice a day, depending on test results. So far we know that you have nitrite(NO2) at apparently slightly elevated levels if we believe the test result, and it appears you do not have an ammonia test and thus have not been testing for that. (Correct us if we're wrong.)

The large gravel-clean-water-changes with good technique (conditioner in the return water and rough temperature matching with your hand) will be the best emergency medicine for your fish. You may also need to post in the emergency secton (near our beginner section in TFF.)
