Angel Layed Eggs

my angelfish have layed egges on the filter is there anything i can do as soon as they become free swimming they'll get sucked in its a fluval 2???

On the intake tube?

Buy another intake tube and swap with the old one. It can't be that expensive. Are there other fish in the same tank? If there are, the babies are dead meat anyway. So when you swap the tube, but it one with the eggs eiterh into a floating net or into another tank.

You can put a pair of tights over the filter to stop fry getting sucked into the filter.

not on tube actual filter!

alot of eggs have fungused now anywway so i dont suppose it matters this time.

what do you think would be the reason for fungusing???

could it be not fertilised or what??

The first spawn or two often have fertility problems. Angels will try to spawn where there is a little more current, this can cause infertile eggs when the male passes by to fertilize them & the current causes him to miss.
