Angel Is Dying, Please Help

When i came home today my angelfish was missing, 3 hours earlier he was in the tank. I removed the juwel filter and he suddenly appeared in the tank. Around his eyes, they are puffed out white. His top fin is all red and looks sore and he is swimming very wierdly and looks like he is going to die

what should i do? i have no quarantine tank but im certain he may die tonight when im asleep

Are his eyes bulging out.
I would issolate him and use a bacterial med.
Anti internal bacteria med by interpet.

well, last night he just flopped down onto a rock and then lights when out.

Amazingly, after adding some anti internal bacteria med about 18 hours later, he is swimming around. One eye is perfect but the other one has what looks like an eye fluke (like a white shield over its eye) and all fins are ragged

anything else i can do? he is still in the main tank as he was last night so i really want him to have a good recovery

Do you mean the eye looks cloudy.
Eye flukes will look like white specs on the eye.

also, most of its fins are missing and he is hding away in the plants but still swimming and feeding

Is he struggling to swim with the missing fins.
Have you added a bacterial med.
Cloudy eye is a symtom of a desease not a desease in its own right.
Causes.
Bad water quality.
Stress.
Old age.
Poor diet.
Irratation.
Parasites.
