They're coming at us pretty fast these days. This one is being temporarily dubbed Nannostomus cf. marginatus 'Jurua.' Color-wise it looks to be midway between N. marginatus and N. rubrocaudatus. Zarske's name for the latter species, rubrocaudatus = red-tailed, always perplexed me. While there are many Nannostomus with red color on their caudals, N. rubrocaudatus is NOT one of them. Odd. Meanwhile, the name would be far more suitable for this species--if a species is what it is.
