Ancistrus sp. cf. hoplogenys

Ancistrus sp. cf. hoplogenys has to be one of the neatest looking plecos I have ever seen. i could not resist and brought him home. planet catfish has no information other than pictures of them. does anyone have more detailed info on thes? the guy at the lfs told me this type gets about 12"

I have one that'll be re-homed soon, one of my favourites! Guy at lfs was way out with size though, they only get to 4-5".

unfortunatly I will need to get another one. my rainbow shark tortured him to death chewed all of his fins and tail off. funny think is he left my common plec alone...hmm I guess this rainbow does not like other black fish.
