okay I got a pic of my new fish on members pics under my new fish I am sorry about the fuzzyness I cant get him to come closer he just hangs out in the caves and stuff I am thinking that if I move one closer to the front he may just come closer. but it was a whole lot more fuzzy when I started but I cleared it up alot and that is the best pic.

n.venestus-ime these are not as aggressive as the stoni,which is an ambush type of predator.i have a pic (in my book)that shows one laying on it's side like it was a rock or "stone"and waited for (what looked like a)yellow lab to swim by so he can snatch him up.

yeah everything that I have read about "play possom" on the bootom the of the tank and wait for food to come tho them the gulp it is gone.

 

[i love cichlids]

try the agazzis (sorry if spelt wrong) they are a dwarf cichlid often commercially unavailible though.I havent found any for sale yet.
Or Zebra blue cichlids are beutiful.
