Ammonia?

I have not been able to find out much about this ammonia but its says the active ingredients are ammonium hydroxide.
please let me know what you think..

If you shake the ammonia and there are bubbles than it contains surfactant and that's no good! If you shake it and it bubbles and they pop right away (like water would) then it's good!

so this is no good then right because they didnt disappear right away.
