where do i get it from?
couldnt find it in my lfs when i had a quick look?

Your lfs won't sell it, they don't do fishless cycling.

Most of the larger Boots or Homebase stores sell it. It's called household ammonia solution, which is 9.5% ammonia and the rest water. Anything with any other ingrediants won't work.

most places sell the jeyes "clean off" ammonia. i got mine from robert dyas
