And there's nothing vague about their claims, just look it up on their website.

Also, the tehnology used in the Ammonia Alert is the same as in their ammonia test kit which also requires 15 minutes before reading. If their ammonia kit works (and it does) then so does the ammonia alert.

Trusting one person's opinion, 'full methodical write up' or not, is never a wise move.

A point to consider - even if it does take hours to change, most of us don't test our water several times a day. It's likely that this will still pick it up before we get around to testing.
