American Cichlid Selection

Im starting an american cichlid tank, (correct me if some of the listed fish arent american )

Green Terrors (Aequidens rivulatus)
Texas Cichlid (Cichlasoma cyanoguttatum)
Blue-Eyed Cichlid (Archocentrus spilurum)
Firemouth Cichlid (Thorichthys meeki)
Jaguar Cichlid (Nandopsis (Parachromis) managuensis)

What can go with what and what are your fav choices out of these.

What size is the tank?

The best way to keep them if you want the most natural behavior is in suitable pairs with enough room to express their character. In a 4 foot tank a pair of firemouths and a pair of blue eyes would be nice IMO. A pair of texas or GT's would be cool too, but you'd only be looking at a solo Jaguar.

What size is the tank?

It all comes down to that...although as freddy mentioned theres no way to keep them all together...If i had the tank to dedicate to a Jaguar i would...Amazing looking fish. Firemouths are nice...but again it all comes down to what you can house "properly".
