just pruned my ambulia and have been left with two large bunches,was going to throw them in the bin,but decided i might try and sell them for 2or3 pounds,will they be ok floating on top of my tank till tuesday.

Oh yes, it'll be fine. It might just get some root development, that is all. But it should be fine.
