Am I Overstocked

Hi there, i am just wondering if my tank is overstocked. its a 70l tank with the following fish in it:

1 bristlenose
1 redtail Shark
2 swordtails
5 neon tetras
5 silvertip tetras

The tank isn't really overstocked depending on the sizes of the fish, but the tank stocking is not ideal- the red tail shark will grow too large and active for the tank, while the swordtails could do with some more females (what are the genders of your current pair?) and the tetra's could do with having their numbers boosted by one each .
