this says neons will do ok in the smaller space?


smaller tanks and a 10G are two very different things, and IMO 10G are only suitable for shrimp, a single betta or a dwarf puffer
that said its your tank so its your choice but IMO 10G is too unstable for neons to survive for any decent length of time.
