All My Fish Died, Help!

I've set up the tank again and have the filter running. The only thing i'm worried about is if there was a toxin in the tank then it will still be in there and I don't want anymore fish to die

I am so sorry to read this. I went through something similar, and it was extremely traumatic. I bought a batch of fish and put them in a very established tank. They looked healthy and had been in the shop for about a week so I thought they were safe. My whole tank other than one gourami and three bristle noses died within about 24 hours. It was horrendous. I swore then I would never get fish again. I did, of course, but it shows how horrible this kind of thing is.

You might never know what caused it, hopefully you will realise at some point that it wasn't your fault. In my case, even a quarantine wouldn't have prevented it because they were in essence quarantined for a week at the shop, and showed no signs of illness (I was watching them closely for that week). Sorry again for your loss.

I forgot to mention the most important part. The new fish were neons.
