after changing tanks yesterday and doing everything possible i only have my plec and a few neons left i swoped media and tank water from old tank into new tank checked the water everything was fine and still is but the fish are dying on me

I think for someone to help you need to tell us how mature the tank was and if it was cycled. Water specs i.e. ph ammonia nitrIte and nitrate numbers not 'they're all normal / ok'.

Then people can help you.

Moving the water will not help, there is nothing about the water that is sacred to the fish. Did you clean the new tank well with plain water before you filled it? Things used in manufacture can leave residues that need to be removed before the tank is fit to put fish into. If you bought the tank used, I would not put any fish into it until I had scrubbed it well and done a many fold flush of the tank with my own tap water.

even with swapping both the filter media and the water, testing is a must

i scrubed it with boiling water (it hurt) all thw water test results are fine

Nitraite - 0
Nitrate - 40
ph - 7.0

It was just a thought. Obviously there is something wrong if all your fish are dying. I was looking for something you might not be measuring.

how did you acclimatise the fish during the transfer?
