I have gone through 2 of those £8 ones in the end i got the kent £30 odd but all made of mental and there is nothing it wont shift and you an metal or plastic blades

Used all the above my favourites still a £1 pack of 5 Stanley blades :fun: .

Also this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Hagen-Long-Handled-Aquarium-Algae-Scrubber-Brush-Pad-/270807169636?pt=UK_Pet_Supplies_Fish&hash=item3f0d5d7a64

But only for corners I cant reach.

Never used one in my life.
I use a kitchen sponge thingy, obviously one that's never been used for something else.
