Suggestions? This is going in with a turtle and 2 cichlids.
Thanks

A common pleco. Do remember tho, eventually your turtle will eat your fish.

African I believe.
Will a pleco survive with cichlids? The turtle is extremely timid. I know eventually she will likely eat the fish however she is a soft shell and still quite small (the fish are too big for her currently).

Pleco normally fine with cichlids yes, Bn plec being the recommended choice but synos more so as water params are specific among African keepers.
This being said they will adjust like the rest and so...
Horror stories of Mbuna plucking eyes from plecs are not fiction, however they are rare.
The turtle however timid will grow and begin to exhibit his true temperament eventually.

They all seem fine when small but we all hope to have adult fish eventually. plan ahead.
I'm fairly certain the African and turtle is a no no.

Given I have no idea of tank size
Go with a plec and rehome the Africans IMO as you will need a large tank for the turtle eventually.
