Albino Catfish

Hi, I have had a albino catfish for about a year with no problems. I introduced another albino catfish about two months ago and since introducing the new one my first catfish seems to be acting a bit weird. He's not hardly been cleaning the glass and spends most of his time by the heater which has resulted in a burnt face ( I have just got a heat guard) He is also spending most of his time behind the heater with half of his body out the water. Apart from this he seems healthy enough. Any advice would be appreciated.

What sort of albino catfish do you have? If you can get a picture then someone should be able to ID it for you.
 
When I hear albino catfish I think of albino corydoras, but they don't clean the glass that I know of. The behavior sounds more like a pleco?
 
Lots of clean water I think should help with the burn. I'm not sure why it's acting the way it is, especially since I don't know what it is
