Ahhh!

Ok so well Torben passed away (from what I assume was old age) I cleaned out his tank and moved Valentine into it. This left me a 3gal with no fishies =[
I didnt go out just to buy a betta, but on Wed I was in Fishy Friends in Basildon & I saw a gorgeous blue and red crowntail, so I bought him. He went into the 3gal and seemed to be fine; he took food yesterday & I gave him a mirror for a bit today and he had a little bit of a show off. But I have just noticed on the ends of his fins 3 little white blobs of what looks like tiny pieces of cotton wool! :0 Is this fungus? If so, I dont have any meds with me at the moment, although I will be able to get to a LFS tommorrow if needs be!

Please help?

Is there a filter in this tank?
Does his waters surface get agitated or is it still?

I would suggest doing a water change, As this can help clear them of most problems.

No, no filter because my boys seem to hate them
The water surface is still.

Ok I will do a water change and let you know what happens!
