Aggressive Guppy

I have a 60L tank with two Kuhli loaches and 3 male guppies in. The guppies are newly added (on saturday) and one of them seems to be very aggressive but only towards one of the others. The small one is chasing my larger red/orange male around the tank and wont leave him alone. It's only this one he does it to, and leaves the other, a yellow snakeskin, alone. Could it be the colour he's after? Or, this particular male he's chasing is larger with a darker body and a spot that looks very similar to a gravid spot on a female. Could it be that he's mistaking this male for a female and trying to mate with him? I obviously want to sort this out becasue I dont want the little one stressing out the larger male.
Water parameters are all fine and being extra closely monitored as I've just put new fish in so I dont think water quality is an issue. The tank has live plants and a large piece of bogwood in to try and give hiding places but it doesn't seem to make the bullying any less.

are you sure its a male?

i'd get 3 more as well, the do best in a bigger group.

Definately a male. Did loads of research and spent lots of time studying his anal fin! The plan was to put some neons in eventually. Would that diffuse the situation or not really? Dont want to overstock the tank and adding more guppies would decrease the number of neons I could add if any. And I'm assuming you mean adding 3 more males rather than females.

2 out of my 4 males are forever at each other aswell, maybe theyre gay?
unless the one being chased starts to show stress etc i wouldnt worry personally

OK, I'll hold fire until the end of the week then and just watch to see what happens. I dont want to have to get rid of one of them, call me stupid but they both have names and I'm quite attatched to them already!
