Just bought this blower that absolutely blows the water out of the tank..... Got 20 tanks connected to it and still need a blow-off to atmosphere otherwise my fish blows out the tank.... Is this acceptable or bad practice?? Photo below is a topview of the aeration in the tanks.

Whats a blower? You mean air pump? And sure its designed for aquarium use?...As far as general aeration goes you cant really have to much, there is of course limits, well oxygenated water is no use to fish that have been plasterd to the ceiling.

Yea!... it's basically an airpump, but high volume, low pressure. (no rubbers or pumping diagphrams) but vanes just blowing air like a fan would...... Concept of plastered to the ceiling being fish are just resigned to float around in the current as it is and during feeding, just grab anything that floats past.
