Advice Please: Good Tropical Fish Suppliers Near Barnsley

Hi

I have had my tank set up for just about a month now. I have been slowly stocking once cycled.
My latest addition to the tank was 5 male guppies on Saturday from a local shop which I was assured by a friend was a good store. Since then I have lost 3 out of the 5 up to now with the last 1 going tonight
I acclimatised the fish to the tank properly before adding them.
After speaking to another friend he has advised that it is known this shop regularly overstock their tanks and knowingly sell diseased fish.
Since introducing the guppies I have also lost 1 if my 6 glowlight tetras tonight which have been in the tank since day 3 and went through a fish in cycle!
I have been regularly testing water and currently ph 6.8, ammonia 0, nitrite 0.5, nitrate 25, temp 26C.

So can anyone reccomend somewhere to purchase my next fish from, within an hours travel time of Barnsley. Don't want to travel too far from store to home so to cause least amount of stress to the fish.

Not sure exactly what I want but want to finish off my tank with a couple of special good looking fish. Any ideas appreciated.

Tank is 64 ltr 62 x 30 x 37cm

If you're fully cycled, you should not have any ammonia and nitrite... so it looks like you're not fully cycled yet I wouldn't buy any more fish, complete your cycle first. First do a 90% water change to bring the nitrite down to 0. The pH is a little low... is your pH 6.8 out of the tap?

Ok thanks I'll get on with that water change after work

I'm using test strips to check ph, but yeah ph from tap is always between 6.8 - 7.2. I just dechlorinate the water before adding to tank. Is this ph ok ??

Oh just kidding, somehow I read the ph as 5.8 yet typed 6.8 anyway. Sorry. pH is fine, it's just the nitrites Make sure nitrites stay at 0, as it is harmful to fish (probably why the guppies died)
