ive just upgraded to a 125l tank its currently in a fishless cycle. at the moment in my 96l tank i have 10 neon tetras 1 angel fish (1 died) and 1 silver shark(1 died) 2 guppys and a common plec i was wondering what else i could have and what i should get rid of as i would like to keep the plec.

If your 125 has a good 17" or more of height then replacing the lost angel seems like it would be a good thing.

A better approach to stocking questions is usually to work at your own proposed additions and then present them so people can Ye or Ne them and give their reasons. That way the initial desire for a certain type of fish is coming from you and the members are able to just point out potential problems or then suggest close alternatives.

yeah the tank is 20" deep so i was going to replace the angel and maybe add a few marble angels too i want too some good colour to the tank as my old one is abot bland

I'm afraid the tank isnt big enough for a common plec or the silver shark, both grow in excess of 12" with the plec nearing towards 24"

Silver sharks (Bala sharks) require 120 gallons and should be kept in groups of 6+ and the plec really needs a 6ft tank minimum.

i was afraid of that the plec is almost 8inch now and the silver shark is very nervous most of the time :( oh well im sure i can find a new home for them any advice on what i could keep with the angels and the neons :)

What size is the angel?

You may have problems with the angel eating the neons when the angel gets large enough, neons are the natural food for angels in the wild so they are not recommended to be kept together. The black neons would be ok as they grow larger than the standard neons.

People have mixed sucess with neons and angels together. The main thing is to make sure that the angels don't see the neons as food. It's not an impossible mix, but one that should be approached with caution and don't be surprised if one day your neons mysteriously disapear.
