advice for my neons

Hi all!

Hopefully someone can give me a bit of advice. A few weeks ago I got some neon tetras and a juvy angel to go into an empty 29g. I put them all in a 10g quarantine tank and the next day ick appeared. So, I raised the temp to 86F and treated the tank with maracide and followed the directions correctly (+ water changes). Every body seems ok except two of the neons have a little bit of whitish areas near the base of their tale fins. I don't know if this is fungus from the ick or left over ick. I'm trying to figure out what to do. I know that neons don't like salt but I did add a pinch hoping it would clean up the problems. Also the little angel is missing part of her dorsal fin at the top... fin rot?
what would you do?

jack up the temp all the way to 30 C and add some aquarium salt.... I think neons are tolerant to salt. I used to have them and I've salted my tank up to 2 teaspoon per 10 gallon.... Keep the temp constant at 30 for about a week or so and Ick would dissappear...GoodLuck....

that would take care of any fungus issue too right?
