Hi, I was wondering what color of substrate would be best so that I will be able to see my little African Dwarf frogs?

Also, I'm going to get a 10 gallon aquarium this morning. It comes with an under gravel filter. However, I also have a spare Aqua-Clear 150 filter that I can use instead. Which filter do you think would be best for the frog tank?

Congratulations on the new tank.

Any kind of fine, light colored gravel will be fine for the little guys.

What kind of filtration you need will depend on what kind of fish you plan to put into the tank with them. But keep in mind that you will need a cover that will leave no area open so that they can jump out. A box filter attached to an air pump is a possible option you might want to keep in mind, too.
