Adding To Stock List. Opinions Please

I got a 266 litre tank. Dimensionas are 42x24x18 which im currently re-planting. 2 External filters 1800 lph and a 800 lph (although with media probably less) but keeping the water crystal clear and healthy.

My stocklist is:

1x Molly
1x Balloon Molly
3x Bolivian Ram
2x Keyhole Cichlid
3x Siamese Algae Eater
9x Rummynose
2x Apistogramma Cacatuoides
1x Apistogramma Borelli

its a very peaceful tank, no bullying although the Rams do square up to there own species now and again but not too often. I want to add at least 10 Blue Emperor Tetra, just wondered what people thought of them with my current inmates. Im getting conflicting reports around some of the websites that blue emps are fin nippers, then another site say they are not, just dont wanna upset the current imnates.

Also do you think I have room for them in my tank?

I had purple emperor's for a while and there wasn't any nipping....

Thanks Cazzie, I decided to go ahead and bought 10 for £1 each which I think is a bargain. picking them up tomorrow.
