Adding Tannin?

ok i have heard of people adding tannin to help with breeding, though how do you add it, i saw something about tea bags though, what kind of tea bag, and how long?

i have mated a pare of my betta 2 times now though friend of mine wants me to try more often, for her shop ~,~

A quick and easy way to add tannins is to use some nice driftwood as a decoration. Unless you run carbon in your filter, that will make your water look a bit like weak tea.
