Adding Fish

So as of right now I have:

7 green corys
3 khili
2 dwarf frogs
1 platy
1 guppy
1 female betta 

Tank size is 30 gallon heavily planted

Can I still add in some fish?  I was just looking into some neon tetras right now

Just to clarify, you say "khili", do you mean killifish, or khuli loaches?

the answer really depends on how well you look after the tank....
 
if you maintain it well, i dont see the harm in 4-6 neons
