Adding Bumblebee Gobies

The pet store that i work for just got fish in today and my bumblebee gobies that ive been waiting for arrived. they were not taken out of the shipping bag what so ever. i have them floating now. is tge blue tranquilizer liquids ok to let in to my tank if not any suggestions on how to adjust them to my tank that i have already added salt to?

put them in a container and add tank water gradually while reducing the original water. I don't know what he blue stuff is but I'd be wary of adding it to my tank.
