Adding Bogwood?

I soaked my wood in water for two days and my tanks still brown!

The main reason i soaked mine though was coz it kept floating, i had to get it completly waterlogged so it didn't squash my fish

mine is a week into its soak........still discolouring.....

but i'm going to put it in the tank and let it discolour it......after all, black neons might be on the list, and they like the tannin...

also, i'm running a carbon filter......will that help with the colour?
