Adding A 2nd Internal Filter

I am thinking of adding a 2nd internal filter to my tank, if I was to do this would the tank have to cycle again or would it be ok as I already have an established filter runing?

if your tank has cycled with the one filter then adding another will not effect the cycle unless you add a lot more fish at the same time. Let the second filter 'catch-up' a while before adding major numbers
