Adapting A Salt Water Estury Bream To Fresh Water

Hey peoples just wondering if any one has actully tried this and have done it succesfully.
I have tried my self once but failed because i couldnt get it to eat so i ended up throughing it back into the river.
 
Any suggestions or can this simply not be done?

I don't think it's possible to get a saltwater fish to a fresh water simply because there bodys are so used to the salt intake removing it wouldn't be healthy. Doing FW to SW is a little different.
