I was doing my normal water change just now and I sucked a danio up the pipe :shout: (It sawm over to it whilst I wasn't looking)
I have no idea what to do, its in the bucket currently, not looking happy, it is capable of swimming because it was darting around all over the place. Then it stayed at the surface, keeping itself up, then sinking slightly, then swimming, sinking and so on.
Now it appears normal, but isn't eating.
I'm worried he will die. I feel awful because I wasn't watching the pipe :-(.
I'm going to keep an eye on him and let you know if he improves/worsens, but what do you think I should do in the meantime?
Shall I leave him in the bucket so he can regain his strength? Or shall I put him back in the main tank?

They are pretty hardy little things and it's probably just had a bit of a shock. Just keep an eye on it, chances are it'll be absolutely fine.

yeah like stang says the pretty hard
little fish once did it with two WCMM
and they were OK give him a chance he'll
be all disorientated it would be like
putting you on a roller coaster blindfolded
then taking of at the last moment just as you move off
