I was thinking of getting a angel fish but I don't know if my red eye tetras would nip at him they assasinated my 5 guppys with in 2 days lol

I think you've answered your own question. If they attacked the guppies, I would have thought they'll go for the angels too.

How big is the tank and how many red eyes do you have

Its 130 litre and I've only got 3 red eyes I thought that may of been your answer lol I may get rid of the red eyes then

Yeah of it were me I would rehome the red eyes but ,aye if you bump up the numbers they will feel more secure and will not harass the other tank mates

Yeah I think ill try that get some more red eyes and as cruel as it sounds see if they would attack guppys again I've got a smaller tank I could move the guppys to should they go for them again

Okay sounds like a good plan, I doubt they will attack the guppys again, because they will feel more secure in a bigger group

Think about it that sounds stupid about bigger numbers and they will calm down but it makes total sense too lol I'm guna try that and if all is well I'm getting an angel lol
