the eel is a reedfish which is similar to a bichir. Beautiful fish I had 4 16-18 inch reedfish up until 2008 and they are perfect oddballs for a oddball or cichllid community

Thanks guys, i love the reedfish, will get a couple more soon as i believe they should be kept in a small group,
would recommend them.

love the fish! would have loved a clown loach but sadly my tank size did not permit
