beardies are awesome
I didn't like them until I got one and they have grown on me ever since, I got my first one just because it looked pretty and was on sale and the one pictures was a rescue
they have great personalities, my rescue guy is a loveable lump and the other one is a hyper little squirt
they are great as long as you have a big cage, good lighting and a lot of bugs and veggies, they are easily handleable yet they really won't miss you when you dont handle him for a few weeks, I only take my guys out a few times a week if that and they are still pretty chill

Blue tolngue Skinks are often said to have the best personality of reptiles? mines cool!!!
