i just bought a 210 gal tank so i wouldn't have to get rid of my common pleco . when i took my kids school shopping i went to walmart(i detest walmart ) and rewarded myself for going there for clothes with a 29 gallon . i am seriously considering getting rid of my youngest daughters bed, do you know how many tanks i could fit in that space ? i sneak new tanks into the house so my husband won't notice, then when he does i say "oh, that's been there forever, where have you been". there are only 2 rooms in my house without fish tanks, they are both bathrooms . i am seriously considering building a new garage so i can enclose the existing one to fill with fish tanks . i have not missed my weekly trip to the lfs for months, even when i have a screaming migrane . i could go on, but i think you get the point.

I am just as bad. I work in shop and when there are no customers I go off into a daydream about what I would keep if I had more tanks, then I don't notice when someone asks me something.

I have it bad as well. I have currently 34 tanks set up in various places in my house, mainly the basement, which I lovingly refer to as my "glass pond", and I have 2x 120 gallon tanks in the garage that I am dying to fit in here somewhere haha. One is going to be a complete tanganyikan biotope.... slobbers... the other is destined for a reef tank fully equipped with moonlight leds.. tangs...live rock... i can hear the cash going down the drain

You know, I have it JUST as bad as you LMO.....but sadly I have to restrain because of the space issue.....I could probably put another 20 gallon under my 30 if I built a new stand for it But I am sort of interested in the bigger fish.......
I REALLY want an Oscar someday, but I wouldn't feel right about having one in anything less than a 75 and I am already getting an 180gallon next spring.........UGH.....that means I would have my 55, the 180, my 30, 20 and 10 and then a 75 for the Oscar... I don't see that happening anytime soon

But I am addicted to the LFS......some months worse than others....this month I have only been there once ) I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE MY FISHIES!!!!!!!!

I would REALLY like a pond in the front yard or the side of my house, but with something a little smaller than koi because it wouldn't be THAT big of a pond!!!!

I hear ya girl!!!!!



The best thing about all of this is that the ONLY place I can go to talk about my obsession is here........

lol i'm kinda bad like that too. I talk to my firends about some stuff thats going on in my tanks and what fish i like and all they have to say is that "I naver had luck with fish" "They must not like me becuase they like to die"

I also hate it when i goto the lfs(s) for something i need and walk out about 15 bucks over what i wanted to spend. lol. They have a nice 48g bow front i have my eye on but for 459.99 for just the tank and a stand i think not. I could buy curved glass and make my own for like maybe 70-85 bucks.

Yeah, I find myself talking about fish way too much too! My friends think I'm crazy, but 1 keeps fish, her faves are Siamese Fighters.

I think I talk too much about it, and constantly find myself wondering where I could put a 10 gal with DPs, and how big 10 gals are?

Yeah even when I go to sleep I find myself thinking maybe i could convert the loft into one huge fish tank and how much would it cost and what fish would I put in it?

I talk about my children all the time.....especially my babies....bristlenoses, platies.....blah blah blah.....I am sure people at work think I am mad...they roll my eyes when I start talking about them

i got 2 ppl into fish at in my class and there is someone else who was alredy into fish, so im not alone

in school i always associate things with fish, like if someone says in maths 20 feet long i say "Gee thats a preety big fish tank"
