well if ammonia didn't go up and you've got fish in there, it might be working.... slowly but surely.

it should work overnight though as people here that have succesfully used said it worked overnight

you should maybe bring it back and let them know

Bring it back lol. It's already in my tank Well still no results today. Will stuff like pH up kill the bacteria? I added a bit because my pH is extremely low, and I just cant get it up, so I added a bit today. I can't see it affecting it, but it might. I'm going to call them tomorrow and see what they say about it.
