Hi guys. Long time no visits.
Recently i have upgraded my mbuna from 3 fish in a 10gal (worked really well) to a 4'x2'x1.5' (havnt worked out what it holds yet) and obviously increased the numbers (8 so far).
Hateme if you will but there fish have all been brought from a "mixxed" tank although have been assured their mbuna....exept after a few weeks 1 in particular has grown ALOT more than the rest and is a real bully. Could he not be a mbuna? Like a tang or somthing? Or is this just normal dominant behaviour? I will add that this is constant harrassment to fish not just like every 10 mins or so. For the last hour hes been out of his caves every like 10 secs to make a chase and attack to any fish then retreat. So the big question, what do you guys think?

About 250 lts.....

Got a photo?

Cichlids of any type will spar for the best spot in a new set up, especially a big one. Will settle after a while.

A Mbuna set up should be well stocked with similar sized fish so dominance is controlled
