The plant looks like Anacharis, I just treated black beard algae on my anubias with hydrogen Peroxide which seemed to do a decent job on the BBA
Why a single yoyo loach?
Want to be gentle with you, I understand that you're young! But botia are social fish that form bonds and complex hierarchies, they really need to be kept in groups of 5-6 or more. It's unfair to keep one alone, and as it matures, it may start to bully the other fish. It looks to be a young one that you have.
Zebra danios are also a schooling fish, but perhaps this one is the last from a school or something? But the yoyo seems to be young and not yet full grown.
