7 Gal ?

I have a small 30x30x30 27 litre tank just over 7 gal i have abt 3 mm sand bottom to fake java ferns and a skull a 50 wantt heater and an awua one 350 litre gilter on the tank it is holding 2 my guppies that got ther tails shredded in my 120g so i put them in here could i start a little breeding projest to see how much u can male with a simple setup or is it to small and i vould have 2m 2f guppies amything else small and can breed in tank with them and maybe some shrimp anything i can add ?

If you are going to let the guppies breed there, add the females and stop. Fry will soon take up any spare water capacity that you have left. The shrimp would just overstocked you faster.

The fry would be took out into other tank could i have a pair of kribs or sum sort of plecs if i got rid of guppies

The smallest plec will reach about 6 inches, I cannot advise you get one for a 7gal tank. They'll need double that at least provided there were no other bottom feeders.
