6ft Tank.what To Have

Yay my dad said i will probably be able to have my sisters old 6ft tank!Im so chuffed but im not sure what to have.I like oscars but get big and that means less fishies.
So...here is my list:

2 parrots
2 jackdempseys
1 fm
1 pleco(not sailfin)

or

1 parrot
1 rainbow
1 fm
2 jack dempseys
1 pleco/2-3 clown loaches

Which one sounds the best?
