5G/20L Filtration

Hi all, finally been shopping to set up several new tanks - I have a good collection of lights, filters, fertz and heaters sitting next to me. However I am having trouble finding something to filtrate a 5G tank.
 
The stocking will be nothing but cherry shrimp, java moss and maybe a midget gourami or my mussel (he's hard to feed in a big tank).
 
I've had trouble finding anything here in Australia, but I need whatever is an acceptable flow rate or these species and must take up minimal tank room (so HOB or external).

I have a similar size tank to you and for my filtration I have a Aqua One Clearview H100 HOB. If you wanted a stronger filow then you could go up to the H200 or H300.

Try the old fashioned sponge filter and it is cheaper yet gets the job done!

In the big city for work and just found a great aquarium store that had an AquaClear 20 3-Stage, along with eveything else I've never been able to get!
 
So hopefully that will get the job done. Thanks guys.
