He is beautiful, i felt sorry for him at my LFS in a 2ft tank. He gets on well with the little one too which is a bonus!

What a great looking tank- will oscars dismantle it? I know some cichlids do, but I don't know a ton about oscars.

Also, I'd put money down that you're a True Blood fan, right?

They may try, but majority of the wood is very heavy, the ferns (fake) are jammed in behind the wood. They havent managed to upset anything yet. There are still a few live plants growing in the gravel too *L* (tank was heavily planted, i musta missed these ones)

Oh, ok, I didn't notice that the plants were fake. They look very good!

I'm glad the Oscar is named Eric, rather than Bill

Yeah they are very lifelike, had a few 'you cant have them in there, they'll die!' moments *LOL*

A Bill maybe joing the tank soon But i'm a Eric/Sookie fan definately

nice to see a tank thats not fully stocked. this is the way ive turned with my oscar and i much prefer it to fish everywhere. well done it looks great
