Hi that's a nice colourful tank you have there :)

I can tell you that barbs, tetras and corys all need to be in groups. 6 of each usually being a minimum, so for example 6 corys (of the same species) like 6 pandas or 6 bronze and so on. Same applies with tetras and barbs so 6 cherry barbs, 6 golden. That sort of thing. This can be to bring any aggression issues down and/or to make them more comfortable and/or not so nervous.

Personally I wouldn't chance cherry barbs with Angela as the cherrys are very small and may one day be food to a full grown angel.
Angels are usually best kept as singles or larger groups of say 5 or 6. Unless the 2 you have are a breeding pair?? In which case they should get along fine.

The sharks you have require 55 gallons each and will get very terratorial when they mature. It's also generally advised not to keep more than 1 shark in any tank unless the tank is very large, like 125 gallons+.... Again this is to do with aggression. I would rehome one of them and avoid problems later on.

Opaline gourami are considered to be one of the more aggressive gourami although mine wasn't too bad. Dwarf gourami would be a much safer option.

All in all it seems you have a lot of fish for the tank... If it was my tank I would keep the angels and see how they get on, keep the red tail shark and rehome the other. Rehome the opaline for maybe 3 dwarf gourami (2 female, 1 male), change the gravel to sand and up the corys to 8-10 (gravel damages corys barbels) and maybe up the golden barbs to around 6. I'd leave it at that :)

Thank you very much for all the suggestions/help, I really appreciate it. When you say I need at least 4 more corys do they need to be the same type of corys or could i get say pandas or bronzes? Also is that the same with upping the tetras?

Yes they would need to be the same species as you have.
Yes it's the same with the tetras. So if you have 2 neons for example, you would need to get another 4 or more neons.

If you were to have 2 neon tetras and then you buy say 4 bleeding heart tetras you would then have 2 separate groups of fish with less numbers than required. What your aiming for is a single group of sufficient numbers. So 6+ neons, 6+ bronze corys, 6+ peppered corys and so on
